In this episode of our Podcast series, Graham Kenny, a partner in our litigation team talks with Cathy Shivnan and John Kennedy SC about the role of the newly established Corporate Enforcement Authority (“CEA”). Cathy is the Director of Insolvency Supervision at the CEA, while John is a senior counsel barrister practicing in the area of commercial litigation. The CEA is now the competent authority in Ireland for the investigation of breaches of the Companies Acts and the taking of necessary enforcement actions.
